Had an irregular voltage issue that turned out being caused by my converter. They ordered me one and now everything is working again! You guys are amazing, thanks for going above and beyond for me and my wife! I will recommend.

I subscribed to Norcold Technical Service after experiencing problems with my RV refrigerator. I was contacted by return email by a tech there. After reviewing the symptoms I provided, he requested that I take several voltage and resistance measurements on my unit. When I provided him these values, he was able to diagnose the root cause of my problem as being dirty DC voltage provided by the on-board converter in my RV. After replacing the converter, he determined that my power board had also been damaged. By ordering replacing the board, my problems were resolved. Thanks!

E-mail back and forth was helpful to eliminate potential problems. However, I could not get a response back after 5pm on Friday until Monday. We fixed the problem and are working good now.

said would take up to 12 hrs for email. Received reply within 2 hrs. Info was very helpful. Kinda pricey. I realize it takes time from your experts to help me, but all other products on my MH that I have talked to service reps has been free!!!!!!!! As a part of doing business.

I was a little apprehensive to sign up for phone diagnosis, but it worked out better than expected. Brian contacted me right away and was very helpful in tracking down the problem.
Well worth the $40 to get it resolved quickly. The local RV shop offered to fit me in their schedule in 30 days and diagnose for $100 per hour.
Brian was very helpful, walked me through the steps, assisted me with questions. I am very satisfied. It also helped me learn how my fridge works.
I hope I never have another problem, but if I do, I will use the service again. I will recommend this to anyone with a little bit of mechanical aptitude.

Started to start up freg two days before trip. Found frig would work great on LP, but would not work on AC........Found Norcold Tech support on line. I purchased the tech support , and met with Brian via e-mail......He was great, and we reached a conclusion to the problem, and the parts are on the way..........If I need help again I will request tech support from Brian....
