spent the 40.00 to e-mail Brian. I sent him a pic of the board and the conclusion was a needed the Norcold board kit 633292 w/ controls adapters. Money well spent!
I labeled the leads coming from my old board and followed the instructions. Fired her up and have all temp settings and the freezer makes ice. What else could have be simpler? The RV place told me 95 bucks an hour to diagnose and fix and was envisioning a 500 bill. Highly recommend Brian as the go to guy.

I had a Norcold N300.3 that didn't want to cool in LP mode. Rather than drop off my rig at the RV shop, I thought I'd give Norcold Tech Support a whirl. After a couple of e-mails, Brian was focused on the problem. Another e-mail laid out the remedy (clean the burner head) and, sure enough, we're back in the cold. A real time and money saver. I strongly recommend.

My Norcold just was not cooling enough. Brian was right on the money with his diagnosis. I highly recommend using their tech support.

Responded with in an hour after email sent on a Saturday. Did some meter readings and we had it diagnosed and part ordered by Sunday. Even though their TCs says "business hours"

Had an irregular voltage issue that turned out being caused by my converter. They ordered me one and now everything is working again! You guys are amazing, thanks for going above and beyond for me and my wife! I will recommend.

I subscribed to Norcold Technical Service after experiencing problems with my RV refrigerator. I was contacted by return email by a tech there. After reviewing the symptoms I provided, he requested that I take several voltage and resistance measurements on my unit. When I provided him these values, he was able to diagnose the root cause of my problem as being dirty DC voltage provided by the on-board converter in my RV. After replacing the converter, he determined that my power board had also been damaged. By ordering replacing the board, my problems were resolved. Thanks!

E-mail back and forth was helpful to eliminate potential problems. However, I could not get a response back after 5pm on Friday until Monday. We fixed the problem and are working good now.
