Don't understand why it couldn't have been mailed. It came via UPS directly to the Campground without my name on it as requested, so it took a while to get to me.
No instructions enclosed, I guess I'll figure it out.Looks just like the one that I am replacing.

I guess I could have driven the motorhome to a repair facility and left it there for someone to look at, but I appreciated having a technician who was explaining what to do and answering my questions. The issue would have been fixed either way, but I feel I am better educated and understand my refrigerator so that I will be better able to handle issues in the future.

I was skeptical of solving my refrigerator problem through telephone support. After initiating the $40 service fee, I was contacted just a few hours later and was advised to replace both major electronics parts with a different revision kit. I was also advised to return the one original replacement part which had not solved the problem. The new kit was delivered in a timely fashion. Installation instructions were not exactly for my model but they were adequate to get the job done. The bottom line is that my refrigerator is now working.

Quick response time and really really helpful. Luckily I didn't need any parts to get it working again so needless to say I couldn't be more pleased with the service! I've been dry camping all summer and taking this into a service center would have been very difficult and expensive. Apprceiate your help.

It turned out that my AC heater and Thermistor had failed. I had two intermittent problems that they were able to walk me through. Installation wasn't too bad. It's never a fun ordeal but tis the life of a liveaboard RVer!
Thanks guys! I hope I don't have any more refrigerator problems but if I do I know where to go now.

I give the tech 5 stars! Food was starting to go bad and he was able to get it working within a few minutes. I'm still struggling to get it to cool down as much as I would like but apparently that's an issue with the heat I'm in out here. For that I'll blame Norcold! Thanks for the help I'll recommend the service!
